A LETTER FROM OUR PRINCIPAL

Culture starts at the top

My name is Jason McLeod Kidder, and I am a highly respected Criminal Defense Attorney based in Little Rock, Arkansas. I am the proud owner of Victory Criminal Defense Law Firm, LLC, which I opened to serve the People of Arkansas and anyone facing criminal charges in the State of Arkansas.

My passion for Criminal Defense was born in my first year of law school when I had my eyes opened to the numerous injustices, unfairness, and major flaws in the criminal justice system. I immediately began gaining hands on experience defending clients while working directly under one of Arkansas’s top criminal defense lawyers, while simultaneously attending law school.

My sole focus and only practice area of law is in criminal defense. I have an immense passion for criminal defense and I have been highly successful in defending Driving While Intoxicated/Driving while Under the Influence (DWI/DUI), drug possession, drug trafficking, and domestic violence cases.

I am a native of Little Rock, Arkansas and before attending Law School, I attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and graduated with magna cum laude honors. After graduation I was faced with the dilemma of either going straight to work or continuing down the pathway of education. Naturally, I chose to continue my education and earned an academic scholarship to the William H. Bowen School of Law in the heart of Downtown Little Rock. I graduated from the Bowen School of Law with magna cum laude honors in addition to working full-time and being a full-time father and husband.

I made the decision to step away from a top Arkansas criminal defense firm to open Kidder Criminal Defense Law Firm, LLC in January of 2025. This decision came with one only goal in mind: To be the best law firm for my clients rather than the biggest. I bring years of experience working State cases, such as simple traffic violations, to Federal Cases, such as complex murder cases, and everything else in between to Kidder Criminal Defense.

My approach to representing my clients is very simple: every case is different, every client is unique and important, and every one of my clients deserves the best defense tailored to meet their specific needs and goals. The Prosecution will never, ever outwork me. I will go through every piece of evidence with a magnifying glass and fine-tooth comb, and no stone will be left unturned when it comes to defending my clients from the government and justice system. Above all, I want you to be able to make informed decisions about your future. My goal is to get the best possible outcome, but only you can tell me what is best and most important to you.

When I am not in the office or in the courtroom, I am a dedicated husband and father of two beautiful children. My family is a source of inspiration and motivation for me, but most importantly they serve as a reminder of what is at stake and on the line for my clients and their own families and loved ones.

When your rights, freedom, and future are on the line, trust an attorney who will stand by your side and fight tirelessly for you. When you need serious help, call Victory Criminal Defense.
