A New Chapter: Tellez Law Firm PLLC Transitions to Victory-Tellez

After more than a decade of serving Arkansas families and businesses, Tellez Law Firm PLLC is entering an exciting new chapter.

Founder Robert Tellez has been elected as Circuit Judge for Pulaski and Perry County Arkansas’s Third Division and will soon begin his service on the bench. As a result of this transition, Tellez Law Firm PLLC will merge with Victory Law Firm, creating Victory-Tellez and ensuring clients continue to receive the trusted legal representation and personalized service they have come to expect.

For Robert Tellez, the transition represents the fulfillment of a long-held goal.

“Public service has always been important to me,” said Tellez. “Throughout my legal career, I’ve admired judges who were fair, impartial, and committed to ensuring justice is served. Becoming a Circuit Judge gives me the opportunity to continue serving our community in a different capacity, and I’m honored by the trust voters have placed in me.”

Since opening Tellez Law Firm PLLC in 2015, Tellez has built a practice known for its dedication to clients, particularly within Arkansas’s Spanish-speaking community. When preparing for his transition to the bench, ensuring continuity for clients and staff became a top priority.

That commitment led to a partnership with Victory Law Firm.

The transition also means familiar faces will remain in place. Longtime team members, including Kenneth, Carly, and Yazzmin, will continue serving clients as part of the Victory-Tellez team, helping ensure a seamless experience for both existing and future clients.

Over the coming months, the firm will operate as Victory-Tellez as the organizations integrate their operations and services. In the future, the practice will transition to Victory en Español, continuing its focus on serving Arkansas’s growing Spanish-speaking population.

While the name on the building may evolve, clients can expect the same dedication, professionalism, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes.

For current clients, day-to-day operations will continue without interruption. The same team, same commitment to service, and same focus on client success remain firmly in place.  Even the phone number, 501-353-2901, will stay the same.   

As Robert Tellez begins his service as a Circuit Court Judge, Victory-Tellez looks forward to carrying that legacy forward and continuing to serve Arkansas communities for years to come.
